Striking Raku Charger by Alvin Pace

This immense wheel-thrown stoneware charger utilizing an engaging raku firing was created circa 2000.

An Arizona resident, 3rd generation, Alvin Pace earned both his BFA and MFA in Art at Arizona State University.  He remained in the state teaching ceramics for four (4) decades at Chandler High School followed by several years as the head of Ceramics at Chandler Gilbert Community College here in Arizona.  

Pace is represented exclusively in Scottsdale by Quantum Art.
